Therapy that Honors you & Your Story
At That Therapy, we believe healing starts with being truly seen and truly heard. This isn’t about quick fixes or clinical diagnostics. It’s about creating space to unpack what’s heavy & hurting. A place to ask and be asked deep questions, and grow into who you were always meant to be—at your own pace, with someone you can trust.

Our approach
We believe therapy should feel human, not clinical.
Whether we’re meeting online or in person, you’ll be met with warmth, insight, and never any judgment. Our approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, Client-Centered values, and a deep respect for your journey & future.

Wherever You Are, We’ll Start There
Our sessions are held in a calm, confidential, and comfortable office setting — or teletherapy from the comfort of your own home via secure video sessions. Whether you're walking through grief, stress, or growth, we offer a place for you to breathe, reflect, and begin again.
In-person and remote options
Our office is conveniently located in Lansdale, PA. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy.
